A Google search without the quotes provides 343,548 results, many of which were unrelated. Using tagging will sometimes yield the information sought and sometimes not. I am not sure what happened with Technorati, but the Google search using the quotes provided the needed hits.

I had trouble with Technorati also and decided to stick with Google. Using either quotes or their Advanced Search works just fine.
